Das wird Dein Job Vertrieb & Umsatzverantwortung: Du übersetzt unsere Unternehmensstrategie in messbare, marktorientierte Go-to-Market-Ansätze, treibst den Vertrieb unserer Plattformen aktiv voran und verantwortest die Umsatzziele im Creator Sales. Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsleitung. Funnel & Sales-Prozesse: Du baust einen skalierbaren Target- und Akquise-Funnel auf und sorgst für konsistente Prozesse von Akquise über Onboarding bis zur Aktivierung. Aus Vertriebssicht formulierst Du klare Anforderungen an Marketing und Produkt. Neue Partnerschaften & Vertragsverhandlungen: Du identifizierst und gewinnst große Creator, Agenturen und Geschäftspartner für unsere Plattformen und verhandelst Verträge, Konditionen und Deal-Strukturen mit unseren Top-Partnern. Führung & Vertriebssteuerung: Du führst und entwickelst das Creator-Sales-Team entlang klarer Ziele und KPIs. Du steuerst die Priorisierung von Leads und stellst einheitliche Qualitätsstandards bei der Qualifizierung und Konvertierung sicher.
