Deine AufgabenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Wirtschaftsprüfern sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Prüfungsteams (2–4 Personen) Federführende Mitwirkung bei der Jahres- und Einsatzplanung unserer Prüfungsaufträge Prüfung sowie prüferische Durchsicht von Jahres-, Zwischen- und Konzernabschlüssen Leitung der Erstellung von Jahres-, Zwischen- und Konzernabschlüssen für Unternehmen aller Rechtsformen Mitarbeit in der laufenden handelsrechtlichen Beratung sowie Unterstützung bei Unternehmenstransaktionen (optional) Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Prüfungsabläufe Deine QualifikationenMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prüfungswesen Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar Erste Führungserfahrung und ein souveränes Auftreten Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit Warum wir?Flexibles Arbeiten: Gleitzeit (07:00–20:00 Uhr), 1 Tag/Woche mobiles Arbeiten, Voll- oder Teilzeit Gesundheit: Zuschuss zum Urban Sports Club, Zugang zu psychologischer Beratung & Coaching mit OpenUp sowie Office-Yoga Kultur: Sommer- und Weihnachtsfeste, Afterworks,…
