Deine Herausforderungen bei uns...Technik-Hero: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unserer Abteilungen bei komplexen technischen Anfragen der Kunden zu unseren Systemen und Anwendungen. Linux-Versteher: Du bewegst dich sicher auf der Linux-Konsole, um Logfiles zu analysieren (Apache, Nginx, Mail-Logs) und Ursachen für Störungen direkt zu identifizieren. Besser als das FBI: Du überwachst per Monitoring unsere Serverlandschaft und schreitest schnell ein, wenn es zu internen Störungen der Infrastruktur kommt. Beratung: Du erklärst auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und gibst Tipps zur Optimierung der Kundenserver. Schnittstelle: Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Kundenbetreuung und unserem Projektmanagement zusammen, wenn es um globale Optimierungen geht, die du aus dem Support-Alltag ableitest. Dieses Skillset bringst Du mit!Hosting-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits im Webhosting-Umfeld gearbeitet und kennst die typischen "Pain Points". Fundierte Linux-Kenntnisse: Du fühlst Dich auf der Kommandozeile zu Hause und weißt, wie man Kernel-Parameter und Dienste tuned.
