Take end-to-end ownership of international MES and Manufacturing Transformation programs – from program setup, governance, solution design, and implementation through to rollout, go-live, and stabilization – while keeping scope, roadmap, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies firmly under control. Across complex multi-site programs, you bring together business functions, IT, Quality, sites, vendors, and system integrators, providing clear direction to project teams throughout demanding and critical phases. Functional projects and workstreams covering process optimization and harmonization, solution design, system integration, data flows, and data migration are managed with confidence, while validation activities can also be supported conceptually at both program and project level. With a comprehensive understanding of the relevant functional and technical concepts, you identify dependencies early and work closely with experts to develop and evaluate robust solutions.
