Description
We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with M&A experience to join our ranks and support our global Fortune 500 client: Provide legal and regulatory advice on cross border transaction and ensuring activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, including legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and execution of transaction documents. Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements .
