At Montu, every prescription represents a patient waiting for treatment that can make a genuine difference to their quality of life. Our pharmacy is at the heart of everything we do, processing over 50,000 prescriptions each month, with continued month-on-month growth of approximately 10%. We are looking for an experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to take ownership of clinical governance, regulatory compliance and professional standards across our rapidly growing, digital-first pharmacy. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with extensive knowledge of GPhC standards, MHRA regulations and Controlled Drugs governance, who can provide clear regulatory direction and ensure the pharmacy continues to operate safely, compliantly and efficiently as the business grows. Working closely with the General Manager of Pharmacy, Medical Director and wider senior leadership team, this role will be instrumental in shaping pharmacy strategy, strengthening governance frameworks and ensuring regulatory readiness for future expansion.
