Deine AufgabenPflege, Konfiguration und Erweiterung unserer operativen Systeme (ZohoCRM, Desk, Books, Signund angrenzende Tools) Entwicklung von Automationen und Business-Logik mit Deluge, Python und JavaScript: Workflows, Functions, Client-Skripte und geplante Jobs Entwicklung und Verbesserung LLM-gestützter Lösungen: Du baust KI-Agenten und Automationen auf Basis von Large Language Models, entwickelst und testest Prompts, pflegst die zugrunde liegenden Wissensbasen und Trainingsdaten und misst systematisch, ob die Ergebnisse besser werden Design und Implementierung von Datenaustausch zwischen Systemen via REST-APIs, Webhooks und Automationsplattformen Debugging von Integrationen und Behebung von Data-Quality-Issues: Logs lesen, API-Calls nachverfolgen, Ursachen finden und sauber beheben Unterstützung interner Stakeholder: Prozessanforderungen in funktionierende, wartbare Lösungen übersetzen Dokumentation deiner Lösungen, damit sie für andere und dich selbst nachvollziehbar bleiben Mitarbeit an Frontend-/UI-Themen im Rahmen der CRM-Oberfläche Dein ProfilAbgeschlossenes Studium (oder kurz vor Abschluss) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, einer technischen Fachrichtung oder verg…
