Wir öffnen eine neue, zentrale Position in unserem Team: eine Person, die Recruiting nicht als Aufgabe, sondern als Handwerk und Hebel für Unternehmenserfolg versteht. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Besetzung von Rollen über alle Funktionen und Senioritätsstufen hinweg – von Fachexpert:innen bis Führungspositionen – und gestaltest gleichzeitig aktiv mit, wie Talent Acquisition bei uns strukturell und strategisch weiterwächst. Wir suchen jemanden, der im Recruiting bereits angekommen ist - mit fundierter Praxis, einem klaren Verständnis für die Mechanik guter Prozesse und dem Ehrgeiz, den Bereich aktiv mitzuprägen. Du bewegst dich souverän zwischen operativer Exzellenz und strategischem Weitblick, zwischen Tempo und Präzision, zwischen Beratung und klarer Kante gegenüber Stakeholdern bis auf C-Level.
