Wofür wir dich suchen Als AI Program Manager (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine neu geschaffene Position und verantwortest den internen Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz bei catworkx, von der Ausrichtung über die Identifikation von Potenzialen bis zur Befähigung unserer Kolleg:innen. Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht der Showcase, sondern spürbarer Mehrwert im Arbeitsalltag und für unsere Kund:innen. Strukturen und Standards prägst du von Anfang an aktiv mit und hast entsprechend großen Gestaltungsspielraum. Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Was du bei uns bewegstDu steuerst unsere AI-Aktivitäten, definierst Ausbaustufen und machst Adoption, Wirkung und Kosten über Kennzahlen transparent Du bewertest mit den jeweiligen Teams mögliche Use Cases, priorisierst sie und baust Prototypen selbst mit Low-Code- und No-Code-Tools Du überführst erprobte Ansätze in langfristig tragfähige Automatisierungen, Skills und Agenten, jeweils mit eindeutiger Ownership und zentraler Bereitstellung Du treibst unser Zielbild einer deutlich stärkeren Nutzung von Anthropic Claude neben unserer bestehenden internen AI-Lösung voran und achtest auf Sicherheit sowie breite Zugänglichk…
