Deine AufgabenWir bauen die Software, mit der Mieterstromprojekte laufen: Zählerdaten rein, Abrechnung raus, und alles dazwischen. Das Core Team verantwortet das Betreiberportal, das Produkt, auf dem der laufende Betrieb unserer Kunden steht. Es ist unser fachlich tiefstes Team, und es wächst. Das Betreiberportal ist kein generisches SaaS. Es bildet die Energiewirtschaft ab: Messstellenbetrieb, Marktkommunikation, Netzentgelte, Umlagen, Abrechnung nach Regeln, die der Gesetzgeber schreibt und regelmäßig ändert. Wer hier priorisiert, muss verstehen, was eine Anforderung für den Betreiber wirtschaftlich bedeutet und was passiert, wenn sie falsch umgesetzt wird. Dafür suchen wir eine Person, die das Team führt und das Geschäft dahinter versteht. Nicht als Durchreiche für Tickets und nicht als Architekt, der alles selbst entscheidet, sondern als jemand, der Business-Anforderungen in technische Entscheidungen übersetzt und dafür sorgt, dass gute Entwickler gute Arbeit machen können: klare Ziele, wenig Reibung, ehrliches Feedback, verlässliche Lieferung.
