What to expectAre you an experienced recruiter with a hands-on mindset, accustomed to end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—from job analysis to offer closure? Have you filled technical, functional, and commercial roles, communicate confidently with hiring managers and clients, and know exactly which levers move a role to a quick, high-quality hire? Then you’re a fit for us. We’re not looking for an administrator of open roles, but a recruiting consultant who thinks ahead, advises, and delivers. Your tasks and responsibilities You independently manage end-to-end recruiting mandates for our clients (SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups)—from requirements analysis to successful placement You act as a sparring partner to our clients on job titles, job descriptions, recruiting strategies, channel selection, and market positioning You conduct active search via LinkedIn Recruiter and other (AI-based) sourcing tools, proactively identifying and approaching suitable candidates You carry out screening calls and qualifying first interviews in German, English, and ideally French You own all candidate communication, including scheduling, candidate care, and process management in th…
