Role descriptionAs Senior Project Manager, you will join our central Project Management team in Reinbek, which leads the company's large and complex cross-functional projects and sets the standards for how projects are run across all of arethia's global locations. Join us during a pivotal growth phase and help create the foundations of a team that will drive meaningful transformation across the organisation. You will independently lead complex projects with senior stakeholders across departments, and you will be the person we turn to when a project has drifted off course and needs to be brought back on track. This is a delivery role first, and it is also a chance to shape how project management works in a growing, international company: you will contribute to our standards and methods, support colleagues who run their own projects and help build a project management community across our sites.
