EinführungDu möchtest neben deinem Studium praktische Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement sammeln und dabei aktiv an der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse mitwirken? Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Unterstützung mit 15-20 h / Woche an unserem Standort in Hamburg! Ihre AufgabenMitwirkung bei der Umsetzung und Einführung digitaler HR-Prozesse Digitalisierung und Pflege von Personalakten Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitszeugnissen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten Begleitung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen Unterstützung bei weiteren administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben Ihr ProfilDu studierst aktuell Personalmanagement, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang Du interessierst dich für Personalmanagement und Digitalisierung Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen Du hast einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig Sichere Deutsch- und Orthographiekenntnisse runden dein Profil ab (mind.
