IT-Allrounder für den Mittelstand – technisch stark, beratend auf Augenhöhe. Du kannst IT – vom Client bis zur komplexen Infrastruktur. Gleichzeitig verstehst du Kunden, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst Lösungen, die technisch und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll sind. Deine Rolle Du betreust mittelständische Kunden in der Region Minden und entwickelst ihre IT aktiv weiter. Du analysierst bestehende IT-Strukturen, erkennst Risiken und Verbesserungspotenziale und setzt passende Lösungen um. Du packst selbst mit an: Systeme konfigurieren, Fehler beheben – Hands-on gehört für dich dazu. Du übernimmst Verantwortung, erklärst technische Themen verständlich und bindest bei Bedarf Spezialisten oder Vertrieb ein. Was uns wichtig ist Mehrjährige praktische IT-Erfahrung – Zertifikate sind für uns nicht das Entscheidende. Du bist Allrounder: keine Scheu vor operativer Technik, aber auch in der Lage, komplexe Strukturen zu durchdringen. Offenheit für KI und neue Werkzeuge – für Automatisierung, bessere Prozesse und neue Lösungen. Souveräner Umgang mit Kunden und Entscheidern sowie eine klare, verständliche Kommunikation.
