Ihre Aufgaben Sie sind bereits in der Immobilienbranche tätig, zum Beispiel als Makler/in, Darlehensvermittler/in oder Sachverständige/r und möchten sich eine flexible, zusätzlich vergütete Tätigkeit auf freiberuflicher Basis sichern? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres bundesweiten Netzwerks an Objektbesichtigern! Sie erhalten klar definierte Aufträge, arbeiten eigenständig vor Ort und bestimmen selbst, wann und wie viele Einsätze Sie übernehmen möchten. Durchführung von standardisierten Objektbesichtigungen für Immobilienbewertungen (Innen- und Außenbesichtigungen) Erhebung relevanter Daten und Zustandsmerkmale vor Ort (Außenansicht, Umgebung, Zugänglichkeit, Ausstattung, Fotodokumentation etc.) Eigenständige Dokumentation und Erstellung von Besichtigungsprotokollen per App - keine Gutachtenerstellung Verlässliche Rückmeldung nach Durchführung der Besichtigung Ihr Profil Immobilienhintergrund - Erfahrung oder Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien, Bauwesen o.Ä.: z.
