Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Objektleiter (m/w/d) Facility Management“. Aufgaben Als Objektleiter Facility Management (m/w/d) verantworten Sie den technischen Betrieb von Immobilien inkl. Betreiberpflichten und Compliance Zudem führen und steuern Sie das Technikteam, planen Einsätze und koordinieren Ressourcen effizient Auch organisieren Sie Instandhaltungs-, Umbau- und Reparaturmaßnahmen inklusive Qualitätssicherung und Budgetsteuerung Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie Prozesse, Instandhaltungsstrategien und stellen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sicher Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie Reporting, stimmen sich regelmäßig mit Auftraggebern ab und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Behörden Qualifikation Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, z.
