Description
We're looking for a QA Engineer to join White Circle, an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems through natural-language policies it automatically tests, enforces, and improves at scale. Backed by $70M (Series A) from top funds and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, and others, White Circle processes 100M+ API calls monthly and trains its own LLMs. This is a manual-first product QA role, with automation as a key tool, in a small team where work ships to production fast. You will Manually test new features and fixes across the web platform and APIs in fast release cycles, sometimes as short as one working day. Identify the highest-risk areas, run exploratory, smoke, regression, and integration testing, and give clear release feedback. Write concise test plans and checklists, investigate unexpected behavior, and file reproducible bug reports. Work with engineers and product owners to clarify requirements and improve testability before development is complete.
