Why this role matters As we grow, we’re looking for a People & Operations Business Partner to help us build and maintain the foundations that support our team, from hiring and onboarding to policies, compliance, benefits, and the day-to-day employee experience. You’ll be hands-on from day one, working closely with the COO to make sure our people processes are well organised, practical, and consistently applied. You’ll take ownership of the execution, while working with the COO on key people decisions and direction. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting things done and building effective processes, rather than someone expected to run the entire people function independently. This role offers a strong opportunity to progress towards a Head of People position. What you’ll do Support recruitment end-to-end, including writing and posting job specs, screening and shortlisting candidates for department heads, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
