IT-Support Client Management (m/w/d) – München | Vollzeit Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „IT-Support Client Management (m/w/d)“. Aufgaben Als IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) betreuen Sie Arbeitsplatzsysteme und Anwendersoftware und sorgen für eine zuverlässige IT-Unterstützung der internen Mitarbeiter Zudem unterstützen Sie den ServiceDesk bei IT-Anfragen, technischen Störungen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen Darüber hinaus betreuen und optimieren Sie das Clientmanagement, die Benutzerverwaltung und die Softwareverteilung Zusätzlich setzen Sie IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen im Bereich der Arbeitsplatzsysteme um und entwickeln die Clientumgebung kontinuierlich weiter Dabei dokumentieren Sie technische Abläufe und Lösungen Qualifikation Grundlage bildet eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-System-Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder IT-Administrator (m/w/d) in der Betreuung von Microsoft-Arbeitsplatzsystemen mit Wichtig sind sehr gute Ken…
