Dein JobAls Regionaler Teamleiter bist du bei TMS angestellt und verantwortest die Zielerreichung und KPI-Performance eines laufenden B2C-Sales-Promotion-Projekts in deiner Region. Du führst ein regionales Team aus Sales Promotern im direkten Konsumentenkontakt und stellst sicher, dass Verkaufsziele, Qualitätsstandards sowie Compliance-Vorgaben konsequent umgesetzt werden. Du berichtest direkt an den Senior Field Manager und bist die zentrale Steuerungsinstanz für deine Region.
